I finally managed to get my hands on a copy of Yves Debay's Airborne Elite: Russia's Air Assault Forces. This gives some information on the BMD-1 and BMD-2 vehicles, plus the other small arms which the VDV/Airborne units use, but is there anything out there which focuses just on the BMD vehicles (and their variants)?

It seems the BMP's are pretty well covered, but the BMD's almost forgotten about?
