Hello, looks like an iranian Toophan or Toophan2, is similar to a TOW.
AKA: I found a camera near some Israeli artillery impact craters, and these were the last pictures on it. 
Interesting "broadside" or "drive by" TOW mounting in that van...

Yeah, those are land attack missiles of some kind -- brown band for rocket motor, yellow band for HE warhead. And they certainly do look TOW sized and configured.

Similar to the TOW like the Tu-4 was similar to the B-29.
