I need to find some details online preferrably or in book form if possible for this formation of the FFI that used captured German equipment in 1944/45 and wondered if any of the good readers here could recommend sources ?

I have done the usual google and my google-fu seems weak today.

** Advance warning : my French is lousy to non existant but my German is rusty **

Thanks in advance all.

Your French will be seriously on test with this one mellow.gif but this is by far the best book on this obscure subject - there are many photos though! smile.gif

If the link is dead, search for 'escadron' on the library site.

The book with all these pics (and more) is only 7 euros-a bargain

Ah, of course! I figured it was something I should know but it wasn't registering. Don't think I've ever seen a pic of one from that angle, but I have seen plenty of pics of models of them from that perspective. mellow.gif

Thanks! smile.gif
