Does anyone know the specific differences between an SA-6/2K12 Kub system and the export 2K12E Kvadrat system?
I assume the export version is less capable than the Soviet system, but I don't know what specifically is different about it. Degraded fire control, less powerful radars, etc?

My guess would be just radars lacking a few frequencies available to soviets so that being compromised to ELINT still leaves at least few tricks available for Soviets to use in WW3...
Optical guidance ability maybe..unless upgraded ?
