TankNet Military Forums was conceived, organized and created by an ad-hoc international group of AFV enthusiasts who have previously been participating in such online discussions for years. This group includes military, ex-military and civilian enthusiasts from just about everywhere in the western world. Over time, we came to realize that the only way to ensure continuity and stability in both platform and content was to create a new discussion entity from the ground up. TANKNET is the result. In layout, organization and administration, our forums are like no others you have seen!
We expect respect, open-mindedness, and a willingness to advance the pursuit of armored warfare. We also expect new posters to familiarize themselves with previous topics before posting. You must register to post to the forum but we welcome you whether you choose to participate or not. Many of our current members "lurked" before deciding to take the plunge. We encourage innovation and a sense of humor. You will find that this is a place where mutual respect and a sense of humor are the best armor available.
